• We strive to keep our product delivered on time and fresh by keeping our standards high
• Your order is guaranteed to arrive in wholesome condition
• Product is shipped using sealed thermal lined boxes and reusable gel packs.
• Extra gel packs will be used during warmer weather
• We ship UPS Ground One Day to most of New England and parts of New York
• Next day air is available
• To insure initial delivery we do not require a signature
• We cannot ship to PO box
• Please note if address is commercial or residential address.
• Orders must be placed by 12 noon on Monday to insure that product is shipped fresh Wednesday
• Be sure all information is complete and accurate: quantity, size, shipping info, phone number, special instructions, ie: if no one is to be home
• $5.00 handling fee on all orders
• Shipping and handling are not refundable
• We require notice of problems with shipping or product by the next calendar day
